Hello Anglers,
Lots to do while we wait for the CA fish and wildlife to set our Pacific Salmon season (early April). Starting May 1st Pacific Halibut season open. May 15 is the start of our bottom fishing fun (zero depth restrictions). This will make for some fun with a mix of species when we are Halibut fishing. It will also change a few ways we approach other fisheries! For the better!!!! Albacore should be ready and willing, usually in mid July to October. The NEW fishery is the Bluefin tuna. We had several large 100# and bigger fish caught to the south and spotted here off Eureka. We are talking about 100-200+ pound tuna. Get on the list and be ready!
